Urinary retention can be caused by an obstruction in the urinary tract or by neurological problems that interfere with signals between the brain and the bladder. An effective solution may be the intermittent urinary catheterization, which can be done yourself or another person.

Female catheterization

The female urethra is around three to four cm long. You can choose between mini or standard length and different intermittent catheter types, depending on your individual preference.
