Supporting social projects worldwide

As a family-owned company, B. Braun is committed to long-term social causes beyond its actual business activities. 

Focus and commitment

The focus of our work is on imparting knowledge, promoting the regions in which we operate, and improving prospects for generations. Our commitment ranges from material resources to financial support in the form of sponsorship or donations, to the voluntary work of our employees. For us, social responsibility also includes facilitating access to health care for people worldwide. In 2021, we supported a total of 226 social projects in 33 countries, despite the pandemic.

B. Braun for Children

Since 2004, we have been creating better living conditions and prospects for children under the umbrella of the "B. Braun for Children" initiative. In 2021,108 B. Braun for Children projects were implemented at our sites worldwide, benefiting around 80,000 children.

B. Braun for Children Campus

The B. Braun for Children Campus is a knowledge platform for kids. We have created a collection of links for children who have to spend a lot of time at home due to the corona situation. With this, B. Braun wants to support the families of our employees and our customers.

B. Braun-Stiftung

The purpose of the B. Braun-Stiftung is the promotion of learning and education, of science and research and of public health care in the field of human medicine.
